All of that hurts? My first guess is gonna be rotator cuff. My next thought might be a tendon pinch somewhere if your bicep hurts too???

its not on top its tenderish at the pec tiein to the shoulder where the bicep connects under it too.

like if i do a fly motion it doesnt hurt, but if i do a fly motion with shoulders pinched back it feels like a snag and sore pain (more uncomfortable than a pain even, just like its getting snagged on something) at the tiein

The point of the isolation is to figure out where it hurts and what movements make it hurt

I think what you have is actually VAGINITIS, thats the swelling of the pussy lips... Take some fuckin advil and quit cryin you pussy its not like youre fighting or even doing any competition. So if youre out of the gym for a day what are you missing? Nothing. Just another senseless weightlifter who wants to be the biggest and most juiced dude at the bar on the weekends for attention.....

i used to lift for wrestling, jackass. and now i keep lifting cause it promotes a healthy lifestyle for me (and i might decide to wrestle club in college).

i already told you i did flys and pinpointed where it hurts and showed with pictures...

and if nothings gunna break or tear then whats the point in going light?

so go light cause i might get a tear? or go light because you were just saying that as an automatic response
 
Don't take a risk, take some time off if you haven't in a while. Or just avoid doing chest. Try icing it.

Okay, you said it's only one side right? And you just noticed it randomly one day or did you notice it upon waking? I've slept on my shoulder wrong twice and had to take a week off.

Your last chest workout was on Thursday which is only a few days ago. I'd play it safe homey and wait a few more.
