Should you use something for your prostate? Finasteride...

he is correct, i have read many many studies saying saw palmetto is useless as a prostate protector........they ahve been posted on the board here also

so other than using something like finasteride, what should be used? I know of the following for reducing an enlarged prostate (or maintaining overall prostate health):

ginger
green tea
lycopene
zinc
selenium
