Ive been working out for 7 weeks now very hard and about 2 weeks ago i noticed that alot of veins started popping out on my forearms mostly and then i started feeling pain. It feels like they are trying to cut themselves out of my skin 24 hours a day and its hard to go to sleep sometimes it hurts so bad and i almost cant help but to yell at the top of my lungs when doing biceps and triceps mostly. At first i started thinking my forearms werent strong enough but its not that because its not the actual muscle its everywhere theres a vein.

Can anyone give me some advice on what to do or anything cuz im thinking soon it might be so bad i cant work out?

Go see a doctor. It sounds like you might have a circulation problem, the blood is getting in, it's just not getting out at the same rate. I had the same problem in my legs when I was younger, it hurt like hell 24/7.

Yeah, guy.. I wouldn't be asking for advice on here. You need to get that checked out by a dr. as soon as possible. It's definitely not something natural or something that should occur in the least. Let us know what you find out..

alright yeah thanks for the suggestion it would probly be a good idea just gotta get me some money ya know no insurance is a bitch anyways thanks and when i go ill tell everyone what he told me

It wasn't just one thing. Because it was my legs I had to wear wool socks to keep my feet warm at all times, thus my body wasn't varying the amount of blood it was sending to the area. I had to go to massage therapy for a while. They basically massaged the area a couple times a week to promote good blood flow. I had to watch what I ate, i.e. focussing on low sodium foods and no salt.
Mild exercise was recommended to increase over-all circulation (walking & slow jogging).

Other then that it was a game of patience. I no longer have any pain but I still have large veins all throughout my calves and feet and my feet get ice cold at times. If I wear socks all day long aside from sleeping it's usually okay but I find I have to wear slippers a fair bit too.

My problem may be similar in some aspects but because it's my legs I am sure the treatment would vary quite a bit. Gravity isn't working for or against you being that your problem is in your arms and you might look a tad silly wearing socks on your arms. LOL j/k

DO NOT take any of what I have written as a long or short term solution to your problem. I would save/scrape/borrow the money needed to get your ass to the doctor ASAP. If it's hurting as bad as you say it is then I would stop any direct arm work until you get diagnosed. These aren't things to be taken lightly, circulation problems can lead to very serious problems if not treated properly, i.e. strokes, heart attacks, high blood pressure, blood clots, etc.

Good luck

Yeah would look funny wearing socks lol but its wierd because its kinda starting to go away i mean it still hurts but mabye it was because of over training or somethin which caused me to get to big to fast and my veins to pop out i mean ive never heard of it but i dono i mean my arms were getting huge really fast and still are but i have toned it down some and last week i went out of town because that hurricane that came through texas and then it was really bad but i couldent work out because i went to an empty house and its slightly been going away since then my blood is fine though i had a blood test about 5 months back that i forgot about.
