Thank you for your most thorough and intelligent post! I have decided to go PCT. I was leaning that way anyway since I have always used gear moderately- not wanting to take any chances with my health. However, I have decided that I want to cycle consistantly from now on, (I'm 34 and having an early mid-life crisis), haha. Am I right that 3 months on, 3 off twice per year should be ok? Also, never having any gyno problems, I was thinking of going straight Clomid with no Nolvadex or similar. Sound Ok? Maybe Clomid/Clen even?GoldenDelicious said:it depends on what youre willing to tolerate
staying on is going to keep your balls supressed, and theyll start to atrophy, perhaps permanently. regaining normal hormonal balance will become that much more difficult. dependence on steroids to maintain your physique is far more likely. you will be more muscular though.
going off and using pct will do what you need to do to bring your balls back to life, and hopefully return them to normal functionality, meaning that long term, you can get off the roids and yet maintain a decent body, instead of deflating like a popped balloon in the case of supression, or having to rely on HRT to have normal hormone levels. you will lose some size though.
completely up to you. wise men train harder, focus on their diets, and have breaks. people who use continuously are more likely to have sides, and usually become quite lazy, relying on roids to keep them looking good, rather than diet/training.

Thank you for any help!
