Should Mr Muscle Be made a mod?

I look above and see chat board mods that dont even post here anymore, slice of peach comes to mind.
So I think Mr Muscle should be made a mod. He has been here for a couple years now, contributes to other sections and wears pink otomixs. Besides you guys had Monstar as a mod in the training section and Mr M contributes much better there then most.

besides he lives in a different time zone so he would be a good addition to the early morning late night type atmosphere.
