Should it be "More or less" to bigger arms?

Arms have always been my worst body part for growth. Currently my arms measure 17”.
How do you Bro’s train your arms? Do you take them to oblivion and back or limit it to just a couple of exercises?
What makes those babies grow??

Stick to your big compound exercises (Back, Chest, Shoulders). No point in doing many isolation exercises for the bi's/tri's, maybe 1-2 at the end of a workout.

ohh...

and eat more...

Is this how you do it?
Never have a pacific day to train arms but maybe add a couple of sets at the end of a back routine, what, once a week? Or every other?

Must admit, I feel I may be over training them.

Cheers Bro

I dont train biceps directly. I do for triceps, though, a few heavy sets coupled with heavy pressing is all you need.

Then again i dont train for size. Obviously eat more if you plan on growing.

You can either specifically train for size, check into (HST, HIT) or train for power (WSB, 5x5) and accept the size that comes.

I do four sets of dumbell curls on wednesday and four sets of tricep extensions on thursday. That is all the direct work I do. The heavy pressing, squatting, deadlifting, rowing, etc... give me all the work I really need. My arms are just over 20" and hopefully will be back up to 22" in the near future since I can maintain a regular workout schedule again.

thats pretty much what i just noted on another similiar question, arms are already over trained, hit bi's and tri's direct once, thats it, let them rest
