Should I work out if im gonna drink tonight

So I never really work out if i drank the night before, but what about if im gonna drink tonight (5-6 bears) oxymoron?
 
I usually won't drink the next day if I drink (I get drunk a little too easy these days) so I make sure that I work out that day.

I would train the night before drinking. Drink plenty of water WHILE drinking, come home, eat something, take a multi-V and hit the hay. Get up in the morning, take your aminos, hydrate, and do some long but low intensity cardio...... the next day bang the weights :Popcorn:

obviuos you should not drink if its a choice but unwinding once in a while can have its benifits.

for myself this usually means getting comfortable once every 3-4 weeks.

basically dont change anything and just have fun

Work out even if you drink the night before. I've had some of my best workouts with hang- overs. :p
