Hey everyone, just wanted to stick my nose in and ask a few questions to people who will give me answers!

I've always been involved in body-building on and off since I was around 11 when my father (R.I.P) gave me a set of Weider dumbbells.

After lots of hard work and experimentation in what made my muscles hurt, I achieved a nice physique; with big biceps, chest and a defined 8-pack.

I'm 19 now, and my body hasn't changed much. I've never lost any of my definition even if I don't work out for months at a time - but I'm sure this is down to my build. I'm very slim and always have been.

I weigh around 130lbs, and am 5"9-ish. I'd still say my body hasn't fully grown, I look quite young for my age.

Anyway - I have used Creatine Monohydrate in the past with good results, felt that it made me push through muscle tiredness with little effort. (I'm aware this isn't an AS, it was easy to obtain and was praised everywhere) But now I want to get a bit more serious.

Seeing as my body isn't fully grown ect. would you recommend that I use AS? Or should I stick with supplements? I'm not too bothered either way, I just want to bulk up. It's more of a self-image thing than actually wanting to be physically stronger; although it would be nice to know I could floor people if I had a mind to.

If you did recommend using, which method of intake would be better for me? I don't want to end up messing around with my body when I'm still barely a man.

Thanks for reading, even if it was tiresome and long-winded!

At your age they can cause you serious harm.. don't touch them until your older.. also its against the rules to ask because your underage so this will be closed

Bro your young and you weigh 130!!! Start eating 6 times a day clean and keep lifting an your body will change

130 at 5'9 is WAY small wow. You can EASILY prob gain 40-50 pounds in 1 year just by eating properly (no supplements or anything)

read my training and bulking diet below in my signature.

using steroids when you are 19 and 130 pounds is like having sex for the first time with someone you like. you don't want to do that.. you want to knock out some hood rats first (natural supplements, hardcore training, and diet) then work your way up the pedestal to quality chicks (steroids).. because she is gonna think you are a weirdo who is horrible in bed. atleast after a few years you will be better at it, like mediocre but still pretty bad.
