Should I up my calories?

Currently 205 and looking to lose another 10 pounds of fat. I am eating 1800 calories a day and lifting 5 days a week, one body part per day. After weights I do 25 minutes of cardio. The fat loss has stalled completely. Am I eating too little? Should I up the calories and cardio?
 
Dont know if it helps but...
I cut on 1800 cals and I weigh less than you man.

205 x 12 comes out to nearly 2500 cals!
 
Yeah, alot of people tell me that. I think I just have a slow metabolism because I got fat eating less than 3000 calories a day.

Wow.... Just curious, what and when were you eating when you gained on less than 3k?
 
Eating common food. For breakfast I would have cereal. Lunch I would have a sandwich and chips. Dinner would be spaghetti, pizza, hamburger, etc.. A lot of carbs but I never ate sweets. I did drink more beer. Now I limit it to one night a week. As a teenager I ate and drank all the time and was ripped at 175. As I got older I started eating less and less and I just got fatter and fatter.
 
sounds right. just keep doing it and dont let the mirror fool you.

just keep goin no matter how you look on any given day.
 
FWIW ariolanine,
I eat small meals/snacks every 2 to 2.5 hours and it seems to have gotten my metabo raging.
