Should I train differently when "on"

I have used the Hardgainer approach of full body twice a week
a la Stuart Mc Robert, but now I am going to start my first
cycle so should I increase the frequency of workouts or stick
to what has worked so well for me naturally.

Sorry I know its a training question but the training board
has a lot of young guys who I dont think really know

What I do is up the intensity and the weight. Sometimes I have a different workout in mind, but overall intensity will determine how much you get out of the gear.
 
I train 5 days a week(usually, depending on work)... chest/tris, back/bi's, legs, shoulders... I have learned over the years though, you need to change shit up!!! use different equip., change up you days to keep your body on its toes, so it does not get used to the same routine. Really everyone is different and you need to get in sync with your body and listen to how it feels.....
