Like I said before I blew out my shoulder and although I've been taking it easy with the weights it doesn't appear to be getting any better. I'm going to take a solid two weeks off from lifting anything nd then go back and see where I'm at. I'm two weeks in on my cycle and am thinking it would be smarter for me to stop it now until my shoulder heels. What do you guys think shoulod I post pone it??
