hey everyone, im a new member so please dont flame.
im 5'6 166 with about 20% body fat so im kinda chunky. SHould i keep liftin and do light cardio or should i lose the weight first and then start lifting?? I also want to get a six pack. i dont wanna sound gay, but i want a body like a Men's health model. Thanks.
