Should I go for the child support or not?

I could easily get a job making good money if I could work nights and weekends but I can't make much money working a 9to5'er during the week. This is what I have to work to be there for my daughter. My ex came and picked her up 1 day this week and took her to dinner. Couldn't even buy her a bottle of perfume because she claimed she didn't have any money. Hell, I pay for most things on credit knowing I'll be paying for it years to come. She and her dickhead husband make 5 times what I make. Yet, I haven't gotten a single dime out of her since my daughters been here for over 2 montsh straight now. I pay for everything. I'm going to see a lawyer.

Yep. I was gonna wait for a couple more months, but I think it's time. My main 2 priorities (besides flirting with gorgeous women of course) are to get a higher paying job. My boss has promised me to make me the manager of a corporate account, but I can't wait forever. And to work on getting child support. Child support wins out. I'm gonna see an attorney next week.

My exwife makes about twice what i make, but if I even think about being late on my child support payment I will get a phone call. She does not do it to be a bitch, she does it b/c she loves our son. Well, maybe she does it to be a bitch too, lol. I have never been late and never will be late. Nothing really to brag about b/c it is expected. Chidl support laws -- while written with mothers in mind -- can just as easily be enjoyed and utilized by fathers as well.

Stick it to her. Some counties and states are more agressive than others. Some will even garnish wages, suspend license, arrest her, the hwole 9 yards. Some will do dick.

Best thing to do is call her and give her a date to start paying up and catch up. Or you'll burden her with so much paperwork, bureacracy and legal troubles -- she'll be begging you to stop.
