Should I feel like shit?

I feel like total shit right now.. I don't know whether its the AS or the food. But I have no energy, small headaches, and fevers. It's on and off. I just took a shot of both deca and enth. I'm taking down close to 350mg of protein a day, and I get to the point where I feel like throwing up all day. It pretty much feels like a hangover all day. But I'm loving the pain I'm getting on my ass :D. The pain is really kicking in now, and I'm at the point where its hard to get in and out of the car :).

But should the AS be causing these effects? I've heard of them happening before on the board. Plus, my sex drive is starting to decline. Balls didnt shrink yet, but def. a difference in libido. I barely bust a nut today, it was almost like blank loads :rolleyes:.
 
Im 6' 250lbs and my nutritionist has me consuming 324.5g of protein a day and Im packing on quality muscle. I think you may be consuming too much protein, but I m jumping the gun here a bit assuming your not as big as me? I think people get caught up inconsuming too much protein and when you read of people taking in 500g of protein its a bunch of shit!

What gear are you taking?

i think that alot of the guys who claim those numbers arent sure how much protein is contained in the food they eat, except shakes, so they simply just guess

My diet is pretty clean, mostly high protein foods. I do about 2 shakes a day of n-large (4 servings), and take in 2 tri-o-plex bars. For breakfast I usually eat 6 boiled eggs, tuna, peanut butter, and I have a drink of milk w/ cranberry juice. The rest of the day I wing it with whatever foods I can eat. I usually break the meals down into 2 hour intervals. I usually eat until I feel sick, and I eat a little more until I'm at the point of throwing up. But I don't know whats causing me to feel like shit.

This morning I woke up feeling like crap. It was bad yesterday, alot of bloating, and farting. The bloating and farting has somewhat came down since yesterday. But I was just wondering why I would feel so weird.
 
Sounds to me like your body is trying to adjust to the AAS. The libido takes about 3 weeks to start kicking in but everything seems to be day to day on AAS, one day can be opposite the other. Anyway when you stop taking gear you will go through another adjustment phase. it sucks!
 
500mg test enth
300mg deca 8 wks for both

30mg of dbol for 5 wks

Ya I can def. tell I'm going through some type of phase. This isn't any normal activity one goes through. Hopefully this will die out soon because I feel like shit throughout the day. Body feels like its going through changes, but hopefully its for the better.
 
Deca was great for my 1st cycle, the next time around I felt bloated and edgey and it wasnt untill the third go around that I figured out that it was the deca making me feel bad.

I dont know if thats your culprit because I never heard of anyone else feeling that bad from deca
 
First week of the cycle, but I'm starting to feel better this morning. Probably by tonight I'll feel like shit again. Just had my big breakfast, than soon my big lunch. :insane:
 
i had the same problem when i took my first cycle that included d-bol. it really hit my stomach hard. the upset feeling went away after my body adjusted and yours should also like chordz said.
 
Stop eating so much. Your gains won't suffer. As soon as your body start building muscle you will feel hungry as hell. Don't force feed, you'll get all constipated. Give your body some time.

I feel my immune sys gets hit hard by AAS.

If possible, make it a point to get in some extra sleep, and some vitamins and advil may help with the shitty feelings. You diet seems to be pretty decent, but sucking in extra water at this time may help the bodies icky feelings too.

One other thing to keep in mind. Most people will feel pretty jacked just from using(before the effects actually kick in) so dont try to do anything radical in your workouts the first few weeks like add an extra 10 sets of legs or such. Keep your volume in check at first, then kick your intensity up as your strength rockets.

Just a few randoms I thought I would add.
