Should I donate blood ?

I got this bloods in the middle of my cycle of test ( 400 mg a week) 7 weeks into my 14 week cycle
HEMOGLOBIN (g-l) 178
HCT-Result 0.583
RED CELL COUNT-Result 5.76
MCV-Result 101.4
rdw-Result 15.4


the doctor and my user friends told me those numbers are high and I should donate blood , I didn't know that, is that rue guys? donating can improve this numbers? thank you.
