should I do more or less for my shoulder workout??

Heres what it looks like so far:
behind the neck presses (machine) 3x12,10,8
standing side laterals 3x12,10,8
front raises 3x12,10,8
rear laterals 3x12,10,8
front shrugs 3x12,10,8

I want to get them bigger, should I add in one more exercise for the sides or will behind the necks and side laterals be enough?

You have pretty much the same workout regime that I do, and I have huge shoulders.
Some changes:
-Drop the machine, and do military press(barbell if you want broad size)

-You are doing way too much warmup set. 3x12?? Drop that to just 1 warm up set, then do progressive loading of 10, 8, 6.

-Front lateral raise try to incoroporate both barbells and dumbells, trust me you will feel the difference. Like instead of doing 3x12, do progressive loading with dumbells first for 3 sets, then finish off with barbell for 2 sets.

-Side lateral hope you are doing dumbells and not the machine.
-Rear laterals again drop the 3x12, just do 1 warm up set.

-Shrugs start of with barbells for 3 sets(15-10), then hit the dumbells for 3 more set(15-10), make sure you go as high as possible and stay there for a second, then bring the weight down slowly.

Hope it helps!!!

I think with "3x12,10,8" he meant 1 set of 12, 1 set of 10, and 1 set of 8. Not sure if he was doing progressive loading or not...

yeah sorry i didnt clarify that. Im not doing progressive loading. the 3x12,10,8 routine is actual working sets.
i used to do military presses, but they started to hurt my right rotator cuff, which is why i went to machine, it felt better. I might go back to the routine i have listed but also add in seated dumbbell presses. what do you think??

start doing some rotator work, you can incorporate some external rotations in place of rear delt work for a while then you can use military presses again. standing would be good, if your goal is to improve fighting conditioning, your core will thank you for doing them standing.
