Should I do cardio while bulking?

I know this is a stupid question . But what do you guys think ?

I am
21 years old
5'9
165

I am an ectomorph ... I do not put weight on very easily. I was going to do cardio for the benefits it gives the heart, but I feel it will hinder my gains in the gym . Thanks

once a week? Shit, I do it every morning........good for the soul........helps with protein synthesis........Plus, I usually eat a ton before bed, so I feel guilty if I don't burn it off in the AM....

yeah you could do it like 3-4 times a week but make sure it is low intensity 60-65 percent of max heartrate, or u will use carbs for fuel instead of your fat stores

If your doing it to keep your heart, resperatory system and overall fitness level in shape....then yes. But personally, if I'm bulking I won't go out of my way to do cardio. I'll play basketball or tennis, but I won't do any running or treadmill. When cutting, I like cardio to get in better overall fitness shape.

2-3 times a week at mod intensity should suffice :p

cardio

3x a wek at low intensity for me while bulking. I never used to do it while bulking, but now will always continue to cardio all year round, changing up time, frequncy and intensity depending on whether I'm cutting or bulking.

cardio is neither an obligation nor it is forbidden

you can first of all ask you the question if you want to do some cardio

If you were to do HIT cardio on an empty stomach when you wake up while bulking would this help to maintain your body fat levels while still building muscle?

fat burn and cardio myth

This is acutally a myth at no point will you ever "use carbs instead of fat" what actually happens is that 75% max heart rate is the point at which your burning more carb calories than fat calories, at a lower hear rate your burning fewer calories over all lets say in a 600 cal\hour walk speed after an hour 400 cals have come from fat and 200 from glucose, well now we bump that up to a 1000 cal an hour run (this is very fast and i'm sure ud be in that 75% range if you tried it) anyway though now our body starts using more carbs and more fat so now maybe were at 450 cals of fat and 550 carbs, at 75% is when the carbs pass the fat up till then they just get closer and closer but that fact is still the more cals burned the more fat i burn, low intensity will never ever burn more fat that high intesity however i can run a lot longer period of time at low intensity and probably can maintain a low intensity to the point that I could do it longer than i could possibly do a higher intesnity exercise and then in the end perhaps burn more TOTAL fat cals.
