Yeah Bowflex is the best thing ever invented, we should all buy one, get together and start our own gym with nothing but the bowflex. People will flok like birds to our gym of Bowflex equipment.
So in all you should not buy a Bowflex, just wait till our gym opens then you can join and get the greatest workout you will ever get.

nothing beats free weights, im sure the bowflex is good, in my opinion, any kind of training is good, genetics and diet and the main factors anyway, how and what you train with will only determine how long it takes to reach your potential.

for the price of a bowflex, i would recommend a good flat bench setup. could you imagine how hard it would be to put a bowflex together, lmao.
