Should I be doing cardio?

I work out three times per week for about 1 hour to an hour and a half each workout. On top of that I do 30 minutes of cardio at the end of each workout. At first, I orginally just wanted to cut up, but I started adding size too. Now I want to do a little bit of both, which I know is hard to do. I still have some flub on my stomach, but that is about it. I can count my six pack when I flex and the lighting is just right, but still do not consider myself as actually having a six pack until I get rid of this flub.
Should I continue doing cardio like I have been doing? Or should I cut it down or eliminate it? I would really like to add a bit more size, but I don't want to add any fat either.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

Paul

Typical diet is as follows :

7:30 am 1 slice 12 grain bread with natural peanut butter and a small amount of honey. 1 12oz glass of skim milk and an apple. -OR- 1 bowl unflavoured, unsweetened oatmeal with raspberries and strawberries and 1 12oz glass of milk with whey protein powder.

10 am - 10 almonds and a 1 12 oz smoothie (whey powder, skim milk, vanilla yogurt, strawberries, peanut butter (small amount), flaxseed, and half a banana)

Noon - Subway 6" roast chicken sub on honey oat bread with a bit of barbeque sauce, but no cheese, pickles or olives

2:30 pm - Subway 6" roast chicken sub (same as above)

5:00 pm - 10 almonds and a 1 12 oz smoothie (same smoothie as above)

7pm - either two pieces of fish or on piece of chicken, 12oz glass of skim milk, and a medium-sized salad (a regular soup bowl) consisting of spinich, green and red pepper, bean sprouts, tomato and brocolli with a small amount of fat free dressing. (sometimes I will have a stir fry with the salad ingredients using olive oil)

Thanks for your help.

Looks good.

Rule of thumb: the better your diet, the less cardio you need to do.

IMO, based on what you're doing, I'd say stick with 20-30 minutes post workout and you should be fine. So keep doing what you're doing.

Maybe start to tap some ephedrine and/or R-ala.

Put the cardio in early morning, do it for about an hour and keep it very easy - you only want to activate your slow twitch mucsle fibres and only want to burn FAT.

diet looks fine. but remember this, the more muscle you have, the more fat you burn to feed those muscles.

Also, what do you guys think of my diet? Any suggestions to improve upon it? The only think I can't eat is eggs.

Good point. I've had really good luck in the past supplementing with flax oil. You might want to look into that as well. Good fats are important.

IMO the 12 grain bread and honey and oat bun from subway is a bit to over processed a better option would be brown rice yams or rolled oats. Also seems like a bit much in the fruit department as fruit is just sugar. Skim milk is a good option to mix your shakes but water is a better option. Also you can't gain and cut at the same time sorry just not possible. So if I were you I would decide would decided what you want to do an tweak your diet and cardio towards that goal.
