This is the 1st day of week 7 of my 12 week EQ/Winny/Anavar/Clen/Proviron cycle.
I am doing it like this:
Week 1-12........... 400mg of QV EQ weekly
Week 1-6............. 50mg of TT Winny ED
Week 5-12........... 35mg of SPA Italy Anavar ED
Week 1-12........... 50mg of Proviron ED
Week 1-2, 5-6, 9-10... 0.04mg of Clen-- .5, 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.....
Week 3-4, 7-8, 11-12........ ECA Stack
Week 12-15............ HCG and Clomid Post Cycle
I am on the beginning of Week 7 so I have done 7 shots of EQ at 400mg a shot and have finished all six weeks of the Winny. My question is, should I add creatine to my cycle right now since I am on anavar. The thing that I am worried about is Bloating b/c I am doing this cycle to drop as much body fat as possible. I don't want bloat at all. By adding creatine will it bloat me up a lot?? I do about an hour sometimes 2 hours of low intensity cardio 7 days a week. Incline at 15 and speed at 3.2 in which I burn anywhere from 730 to 1460 calories daily depending if I do an hour or two. I also work out 1 body part a day as heavy as I can as well as abs everyday. I eat pretty clean, low carbs - high protein and have noticed a difference in the 6 weeks so far. I just don't want to take creatine if it is going to bloat me b/c thats not the look I am going for. I am trying to stay clear of bloat. Please give me some advice to what I should do. If I should add the creatine or not. Thanks. Billyk
