Ok, I am taking until the New Year to really focus on building strength and dropping bf. I am 5'9, 190, 12%. I am trying to get to 190 and 7-8%. Any size gained from this next cycle is a plus, just that.
I will be using strict high-protein, medium carbs, low fats diet and training 4 days a week with hardcore cardio 3 days a week(and other cardio ed like light swimming, golf, etc)
I have two questions: I can do BTG Ox at 20mg ed for 12 weeks or 25mg ed for 10 weeks. Which would be better for my goals??(using creatine at 20mg ed too)
The other real main question I have is on Eq. I really liked my experience with it before. I am not sure if it would help or is necessary, but I am thinking QV/Ultragan at 400-600mg a week. I don't want to overdo it as this is a second-cycle and also I know people here aren't big advocates of using too much gear while cutting. Worth it???
Post-cycle: nolvadex(20mg ed), proviron(25mg ed), clen/nyc, arimidex(.25mg eod)

btw, also have a lot of T3 on hand, but was advised by a doc it is a poor choice for fat loss.
