Should I add Eq to this cycle??

Ok, I am taking until the New Year to really focus on building strength and dropping bf. I am 5'9, 190, 12%. I am trying to get to 190 and 7-8%. Any size gained from this next cycle is a plus, just that.

I will be using strict high-protein, medium carbs, low fats diet and training 4 days a week with hardcore cardio 3 days a week(and other cardio ed like light swimming, golf, etc)


I have two questions: I can do BTG Ox at 20mg ed for 12 weeks or 25mg ed for 10 weeks. Which would be better for my goals??(using creatine at 20mg ed too)


The other real main question I have is on Eq. I really liked my experience with it before. I am not sure if it would help or is necessary, but I am thinking QV/Ultragan at 400-600mg a week. I don't want to overdo it as this is a second-cycle and also I know people here aren't big advocates of using too much gear while cutting. Worth it???

Post-cycle: nolvadex(20mg ed), proviron(25mg ed), clen/nyc, arimidex(.25mg eod)

btw, also have a lot of T3 on hand, but was advised by a doc it is a poor choice for fat loss.
 
Toss in the EQ 400mg/wk but I would run a higher dose of var and run it for 8 weeks max. It is a 17aa and you really should get 40mg/day min.

We are talking about BTG here, not some underdosed crap.
 
Problems associated with t3 are far over rated. i would run it for 8 weeks at 25mcg-50mcg per day...You can always throw in clen as well...

i would hit the var for 10 weeks and the addition of the eq would be just fine. I would rather use fina but 400mg of eq per week will also work well...
 
Go ahead and add the Eq at 400mg per week.
Id also do the Var at 25mg for 10 weeks.
I like your Post-cycle therapy, no need to the T3 IMO.
