Should Elizabeth Smart's parents be charged?

They brought homeless scum to their house when they had a 13 year old and 9 year old. Totally reckless in my opinion. I really think they should spend some time in jail as they are totally to blame for the kidnapping.

That’s a pretty strong opinion. I too questioned why they had random workers doing random jobs in their house, but it’s not a criminal act to be so stupid and naive.
