i,m going to do some omandorin 250 should i take 1 shot every 3 to 4 day,s or 2 shot,s at once,
and i want to do some d-bol can i wait a week to start that,thank,s,,

Some people may disagree, but I've been told with sust or omandren to inject twice a week to get the best results.

The problem with injecting sust less often is that u are not taking advantage of the short acting esters. IMO I would front load with 1 amp EOD for 4 weeks then continue with 2 amps for the duration. Otherwise get some prop and do that EOD along with 2 weekly sust injections, start the dbol from the beginning cus that will give ur cycle quite a kick start.
