short order advice

i received my shipment of bd products today. they look great. however, i am short two vials. i contacted my source and told him that i was short 2 vials but told him all else looks great. should i send another email and offer to pay the shipping or what do you guys think. i mean what would be the normal remedy to this? i sure as hell dont want my source to think i am being pushy.....just need the juice....thanks for advice.

Don't offer to pay for shipping. It's his fuk up. Make him aware of it (as you have already done) and wait for a response. He should be held responsible.

Dont think of it as being "pushy"...its a service and you paid for it..so you want your stuff in tact not in pieces....and no you shouldnt offer to pay for the shipping...the source should make it right...
