I would like some info on the following.
first cycle
goal: gain and keep 10 pounds of hard muscle
cycle1: deca 200-300mg a/w for 10/12 weeks
cycle 2: deca 300-400 a/w for 6/8 weeks
What cycle would you suggest? Is it advisable to take longer cycles or will they just cause me to hold more water? Which I would lose eventually. Keep in mind this is my first cycle.
Can a shorter cycle do the job??
