Short cycles....

Interested in learning how people run short cycles. I remember awhile back satch posted something he adapted, just cant find it. Would it benefitial to run a short cycle 4 weeks, prior to starting your normal cycle? Could you run something like....

wks 1-4 20-30mg dbol and 100mg of prop(eod)

rest for 2 weeks

12 weeker with cyp, and eq? Or nixe the rest and get right into it?

Any benefits? Gains?


Finally question - when supplementing with a test like prop, does this afford you the opprtunity to eat more and worry less about fat storage when trying to bulk? I know yu have to FEED the drug, just assuming eating overboard would be much more benefital than undereating. Thanks bros.
 
No, there is no point in doing 4 weeks, off 2 week, on 12 weeks.

The ester you pick won't be a factor in fat storage. It will be factor in water retention. I think most of that occurs in cycle where people shoot on an uneven dosing schedule. That makes for peaks a valleys in test levels and that's what your body has a hard time with. E levels going up and down. Just eat and be done with it. If you don't eat enough your body will not respond well to the steroids.
 
if u run 4 wks on, 2 wks off, 12 wks on, ur basically running an 18 wk cycle. Ur natty test will be shut down from the 1st 4 wk cycle and I highly doubt that it will be back to normal in the 2 wk time off before you start the "real" cycle. Hence your natty test will be affected as though you were on an 18 wk cycle.

Not exactly sure what ur 2nd question is, but when using test, you would have to worry MORE about fat storage. Test can turn into estrogen, which leads to greater fat storage.

So, is there any benefit to just a lfat out 4 week cycle followed by proper pct?

As for the 2nd question - Many say you can eat MORE on AAS than when off and worry LESS about fat storage. Example is Needsize. He said he ate like a friggn animal when ON and continued to do so when OFF and thats where he ran into problems.........
 
Not really. 4 weeks is just about the time your body adjusts and starts really growing.

You eat more and worry less about fat storage, right. That doesn't mean it doesn't happen just because you don't worry about it. That's the only way you can get the full advantage out of the AS you're using. Then you can diet off any fat you put on. One thing that I started doing two years ago though is using Thermorexin for bulking to keep off some of the fat while still taking in enough calories. It probably saves me about 10 pounds I won't have to cut when I am done.
 
Nicely said..........so, protein #1, pretty much all else is fair game. Can I ask what a typical weekend diet day for you bro would look like?

I tried that before. I gained very little and lost everything. So I conclude that it doesnt work for me, but somehow others swear by it.

Do you measure out your food, or do you just eat till full?
Where's the whole wheat pasta, breads, yams, cottage cheese, fruits..........the GOOD STUFF! SPLENDA!
 
I have read no research concerning whether or not shutdown is shutdown, so I can't really comment there. But I'd go at least 6 weeks with short esters. Anything less than that just seems like tellin the bitch put her clothes on and leave right when she's thrown her clothes off and jumped on you. Know what I mean?
 
I believe 4-6 weeks is the minimum effective cycle, still with equal time off.
