short cycles better?

hey guys just after some feedback on short cycles, i heard you keep more gains and less side effects? just dont gain as much....
im doing 4 weeks of

75mg ED trenbolone ace
75mg ED test prop
40mg day dbol
1mg Arimidex

atm im
160pounds, 5 feet 7
10% body fat

will i get much sucess out of this? is it worth doing?

in responce i am a huge fan of the short cycle. i have questions about yours. why so much adex? and why dont you have dostinex or anything else for the tren?
