just past 2 weeks and i'm up another 4 pounds at 204. since last update i actually dropped a couple of pounds and then shot back up another 5 or 6. who knows what my true weight is; i tend to fluctuate pretty freely within a range of 4-5 pounds, anyway, even when not on.
i've had to force myself to eat this past 5 or 6 days. appetite is not what it was at the outset. but i am forcing myself, the result being that my diet wasn't as clean this week. strength is up significantly. squatted 355 for 3 for the first time in my life. i've never even put that much on the bar.
what i'm noticing most of all, however, is the difference in the way i look. i'm hard as a rock and more vascular than i've ever been. i feel great... being on test is killer.
