sorry for not posting more on my progress. i had intended to post after two weeks of PCT but better late than never. i'm well over 3 weeks since my last shot/tab and i feel really good. i didn't have much of a crash in terms of energy/well being but my libido has been below baseline. still able to perform, though so it's not too bad. i know my natural test is kicking back in though, i can just tell. morning wood today confirmed it (IMO).
my weight, which was 204 at the end of the 3-week cycle is now 198. i haven't lost any weight in the last week. if i only drop a couple more lbs i'll consider it a successful short cycle. five pounds of quality gain is pretty good for three weeks of moderate usage, i think.
i'm sticking with the OST method (3 days a week, compound movements, lots of trunk/lower body work) for another 3-4 weeks. i had been on a 5-6 day per week split, very isolated. so far i love the results i'm getting from OST. i'm still adding either weight or reps to squat and deadlift every successive workout. the only PCT i've used is Proviron (1st week off), Avena, Maca, Trib, Creatine, anti-estrogen formula from BAC and a litte V.
i'll post again in a couple of weeks.
