Shopping in europe

I'm in London taking a 3 week course, and wanted to ask anyone if they had any good cloth shopping experience with brands like D&G, armani. I figured since the shit is made here there must be some cheap places to shop but no one seems to know of a D&G outlet or something of that nature. Whatever, if u can help just write.

I went to Paris last year, and all the Italian designer clothing was mad cheap. Brioni was 7 times cheaper than the prices in New York. And Emporio Armani was 2 times cheaper. I didn't have too much time to shop at the other boutiques, but the rule of thumb is, if you want to buy cheap Italian designer clothing, go to Italy. It should be 10 times cheaper, and you wil have a much wider selection of designs than here in the USA.

In general designer clothing is cheaper in Europe, and more common. (You actually see people wearing it) I picked up a pair of Prada Sport trainers for 155 € at a season sale, and the normal price was 220 €. I'd guess they would go for at least $300 US (or more) in the States.
