Hey guys! Need some advice on Injecting for the first time. Is there any advice u could pass along....

Sterilize the area of injection, sterilize the container from which you are obtaining the goodies, change needle(not necessary but less painful and cleaner) aspirate, just stick it in (don't pussy foot around) aspirate, inject slow and smooth, don't jerk the syringe around, massage area once complete.

Be sure to push the needle all the way in, and then aspirate, otherwise you may push it in further after you start to inject and possibly end up in a vein...not good!
