I always shot once every 7 days ,now Ive been hearing about people injecting every mon-thurs? is that better or just a waste?

sust/omna are what are being injected E3D or EOD. to take advantage of the short acting esters. most of the guys i know just do once a week with the brovel.
BTW: i here EOD/twice a week/and one big shot on EQ. so that one there could go either way. i am just splitting mine m/th since i am using sust.

well it depends what your taking but I found that injecting everyday you train or atleast three times a week kept me feeling rocked and swole, but sometimes money and availability of supplements can be hard to keep adequately stocked, If your taking injects twice a week that is sufficient, but taking it everyday is something that is the best cause the feeling you get and the swoleness of the muscles and pumps are just outrageous!
