Shivering 45 min after injection

Last night I did my final injection of an eight week cycle of Test Cyp and Primo. I injected 200mg Test Cyp and 160mg Primo in one pin IM into my left ventrogluteal muscle. These were not new vials, this was the last injection out of the Primo vial, and I am more than half way done the Test Cyp vial. I have injected like this well over a 100 times without problems. About 45 minutes after the injection I began to experience a pain in my lower right abdomen near my appendix, and then a terrible chill/shiver kicked. I checked the thermostat, 70F, but even with a sweat shirt, pants, shoes, and blanket, I was still cold. I had to sit covered in blankets perfectly still or else the shiver would kick in. After 12 hours sleep, I am feeling ok, and thinking I injected myself with a bacterial infection. But I am still concerned it might be something more serious like an appendicitis. Your thought please.

whatever you injected may have made your body think you were under attack so it went into fever mode.
