High insurance due to the border being close
Low cost of living, high unemployment, and super-high real estate costs due to all the people moving here building $1,000,000 mansions...
And all the vacationers (we call em snowbirds) do not pay taxes here and use up the budgets (cause old peeps vote dammit!) resulting in a bankrupt ass state...
Bad economy due to idiots that caused 49th in education, and not getting any better because of it...
Hot babes as ASU, and nice weather, but the broads are all dumb and money hungry ho's, and after about 5 months, 100's is a pain in the a$$, dry heat or not...
But you can still carry a sidearm in a hip holster on the street if yo like!

I live in Cali now.. San Diego. If I could get a job in Phoenix doing the same thing, making similar money. I'd move in a heartbeat.
