Shit service everywhere.

I can't remember the last time I had decent service anywhere, seems like at every turn in everything I do I am faced with utterly shite service.


I just feel disgusted of Tunbridge Wells!

Also what is the best way to complain? a letter? a phone call? ?

dude, contact the management. they hate getting bad phone calls. trust me. I do this whenever possible.

Usually I find that management is the source of the problem. I also find that it rarely solves anything and it causes unwanted stress. So, I usually tell them to f*ck off and I take my business else where.

if a gas station wont take my check, i dont ever go there again. if a wal-mart associate mouths me because of her mistake, i talk to the management.

i do agree at least some of the time you are probably right.
 
Write an elegant and funny letter letter tearing the place APART and send it to as many restaurant reviewers as possible, short of that, send it to every rag in town. If it's funny enough, it will get published.

I won't ever shop in a Wal-mart.

I had a $500 phone which did everything, it was like having a secretary, you could also call yourself and could monitor your home without anyone knowing that you where listening.

My phone battery died so my girlfriend went to walmart to purchase a new one. She brought in the receiver and told the dude that she had no clue on what to get. The guy gave her a battery with opposite poles and fried out my phone. It took me over a month to get them to give me one of their piece of sh*t phones.

lol, my main complaint at the minute is with a bank, but I will send it to restuarant reviewers anyway

Ok, a bank.... call the police and say that you saw some shady characters roughing up the manager and the manager handed them a heavy brown paper bag... that should spice up his week.

Me and my friend were gien some free 'vip' tickets by our work, you get a meal and good seats to the game etc.

they didn't have a table for us, we were still stood at the bar when everyone else was eating, we were put in the wrong room after being made to wait in the car park for 20 minutes even though we turned up on time, we never got served the last course and when we came back into the room afterwards our table had vanished lol, so we were made to stand at the bar again..........shite


problem is we were given the tickets free, so maybe i won't have as much leverage to complain
 
did the tickets have a ;) smilie next to the 'VIP'?
