Yeah, but 100% is a tall order. We'd need to replace 3 billion gallons of gasoline per year for 50 years straight just to cover automobile fuel.

Announce a plan to tax gasoline and additional $0.10/gallon per year for the next 50 years maybe? That would put a surcharge on gasoline of $5.00 -- surely that would get it done.
