Man it's this time of year again when we have to rid ourselfs of our winter coat and get as lean as we can, I have some questions for all my fellow lifters/bodybuilders out there...I am 5'6, 180lbs, about 11-10 percent bf, I want to get to a LEAN 175, I know that five pounds doesn't sound like a lot I did a bench compotion today and wieghed in at 179.1 but the thing that I don't understand is that I have a very flat stomach but you can't really see my abs..If you rub your hand on them it is so obvious that they are there and cut as hell, the problem is that I don't want to get skinny and look like shit. I want to keep my size but gain a stomach I have tried diets and different shit I am wonderign what works for you guys..Now I am on winny, fina, eq, and aratest I have a few weeks left I have been dieting the whole time but want to end with a bang...This is what my days look like...
Monday: Chest, Cardio
Tuesday: Back, ABs
Wednesday: Legs, Cardio/Jump Rope
Thursday: Cardio, Abs
Friday: Shoulders, Sprints
Sat: Arms, Abs
Sun: Cardio, Abs
I eat about five six meals a day
9am..Protein shake(with water now since cutting)
12 pm..one slice w.w. with tuna
2pm..one slice w.w. with turkey
4pm..Myoplex MR with water
6pm..Dinner usually high protein with veggies
8-9-10..When ever I get hungry ususally between 8-10 I'll eat some peanuts, cottage cheese, ff/sf jello..
This look good I need some help with my mid section..I am also taking Yohimburn seeing some results it's only been two weeks though.....Any good ab routines or should I switch some meals around.....Need some help guys thanks hope to hear some good replys
