Shit.... Diet Time...need Some Help All

Man it's this time of year again when we have to rid ourselfs of our winter coat and get as lean as we can, I have some questions for all my fellow lifters/bodybuilders out there...I am 5'6, 180lbs, about 11-10 percent bf, I want to get to a LEAN 175, I know that five pounds doesn't sound like a lot I did a bench compotion today and wieghed in at 179.1 but the thing that I don't understand is that I have a very flat stomach but you can't really see my abs..If you rub your hand on them it is so obvious that they are there and cut as hell, the problem is that I don't want to get skinny and look like shit. I want to keep my size but gain a stomach I have tried diets and different shit I am wonderign what works for you guys..Now I am on winny, fina, eq, and aratest I have a few weeks left I have been dieting the whole time but want to end with a bang...This is what my days look like...
Monday: Chest, Cardio
Tuesday: Back, ABs
Wednesday: Legs, Cardio/Jump Rope
Thursday: Cardio, Abs
Friday: Shoulders, Sprints
Sat: Arms, Abs
Sun: Cardio, Abs

I eat about five six meals a day
9am..Protein shake(with water now since cutting)
12 pm..one slice w.w. with tuna
2pm..one slice w.w. with turkey
4pm..Myoplex MR with water
6pm..Dinner usually high protein with veggies
8-9-10..When ever I get hungry ususally between 8-10 I'll eat some peanuts, cottage cheese, ff/sf jello..

This look good I need some help with my mid section..I am also taking Yohimburn seeing some results it's only been two weeks though.....Any good ab routines or should I switch some meals around.....Need some help guys thanks hope to hear some good replys
 
sounds like you need to start adding resistance to your ab workout....Abs are just like any other bodypart.....If you expect them to grow you have got to go HEAVY....
 
Yeah you need to work them abbs hard and don't expect to see them at 10 or 11 percent bodyfat try to get down to 7 or 8 then you should see them. That is if you work them hard.
 
Guys I totally agree with you adn I do kill my abs when I do them to the point I don't even want to move after I am done...I'm looking for I guess more of diet tips to help reduce some bodyfat %..Check out the top of the thread read my diet and training and let me know if theres something there I can throw out add in for better results..thanks
 
Hmmm

It seems u are severly undereating, I dont eat tuna so Dont quote me on this but lets break down diet and cals here, these are my guess's.

MEal 1 300 Cals
Meal 2 250 cals
meal 3 250cals
meal 4 400 cals
meal 5 600 cals
Snack 100

Gives you a grand total of 1900 cals I believe,
Roughly 170 grams of protein,

I would eat a little more, and get some complex carbs in their. I also would do something like this.

Wake up 30-60mins of cardio, drink 2 glasses of water
Shower then start the day off with 1/2cup oatmeal and your protein drink. Make meals meals 2-3 one meal so alternate turkey and tuna and add another shake to replace it. Then you are doing good by cutting carbs at night.
 
Don’t add weights to your abs, we are the same size, I am 5’6” 175, simply up your cardio, add some clen and cut out ALL carbs for about 10 days,

You lose clean BF
