Don't take my watch off to go to bed so no problem there.
I never wear cologne.

I only take my watch off at the gym, otherwise I, sleep, shower, play x-box, etc. with it on.

As for cologne I can't stand it. I have a really good sense of smell and cologne/perfume drives me insane. I hate when girls use a bunch of perfume I can't stand to be near them.
