shipping/mailing HGH within the USA

I have a vial of HGH that I purchased from a friend who gets it prescribed. I am in town for surgery but I am leaving in a week to go back to my home in Florida.

I am going to begin injecting a 3 days after my surgery and I am trying to figure out how I can get this back to my home state. I was thinking of taking it on the plane but figured that could be a little risky.

Would shipping/mailing it overnight be a good idea? Would it be seized?
