Shipping Gear from Canada - Problem?

The news talks about having customs agents crack down more on shipments coming in from canada. I think this is more terrorist related than anything else but does anyone expect this to impact the gear that gets sent across to the US? I guess it depends on how they are checking packages. 2 of my UPS packages were opened by customs already. Luckily, they only found cash. They sent it back to me via MO and told me not to ship cash in the future. Fed/X has been more successfull so I'm using them now.
Have any of you guys had any problems getting gear from Canada lately? Just curious..
