I need some helps bro's once again!!!!
For those of you that dont know I have had some serious problems with my lower back the past couple months, but now that my back seems to be improving drastically (with the A.R.T. therapy sessions that I have been attending), I am left with these fucking shin splints from hell....
I have never had shin splints before my recent back problems so that was definitely the cause, but now that my back has improved, my shins still get ROCK hard after like 2 minutes on the basketball court. I played today (for like 5 minutes at a time) and by the time I was done I could hardly walk to my car. The pain is on the outside (my soleus???) and it has not gotten any better the past few weeks, even though I have totally been resting them. I have tried all the different shoes I own, but its the same thing with each of them. Plus I have put those Dr Sholes inserts into them. None of this has made a difference.
Any suggestions????
