hey guys, just got from the doctor and turns out i have the flu :( she said my fever should break by this friday though, so hopefully after the weekend i'll be well again.

super bummed i'm missing an entire week of lifting :(

Just start back easy to avoid putting stress on ur body while still recovering.

hey sorry guys, i've been feeling better. don't feel like shit anymore, just a cough and a soar throat which are slowly going away. but i felt like i could work out today so I went to the gym for the first time in over a week, it was nice :)

weighed in at 205, so i didn't lose as much as i thought. was very relieved lol

what's weird is that i feel like i'm the same weight as i was when i started. i don't feel bigger when i look in the mirror, but plenty of people have been noticing my size, even when i'm wearing sweatshirts. they say my neck has gotten thicker, which is cool. anyways, i should be feeling good enough to workout consistently now :)

I've been getting some acne on my shoulders/chest, so i think i'm gonna start acnetame at 2 pills ed for a week and see what that does.

working out makes me feel sooo good. i definitely have the "on" feeling now, feeling happy and confident all the time haha. i saw my recent ex gf walk up and hug what i assume is her new bf today while on campus, but it didn't bug me as much as it normally would. it bugs me, don't get me wrong, she's a heartless... well let's not get into that lol. but i feel confident now, and i can shrug stupid shit like that off. ah now food food food
 
oh and i started the proviron yesterday. 50mg ed, split up into 2 25mg doses.

on another note, i'm not really noticing any bloat really. very minimal

Drop the chick problem. It will only add unwanted stress to your goal. Focus on your lifting and end goal strictly and completely. At this point nothing else matters. PERIOD!

hey zed, hey all. i'm sorry i haven't posted in forever. i got real sick, my flu developed into pneumonia. it sucked, and i'm pissed that this has eaten up 3 weeks of my first cycle ever, and an awesome one at that. anyways, i'm really frustrated with it and i don't wanna talk much about it. i'm back in the weight room now, and that's what matters. i'm afraid this has hurt my chances of winning the comp greatly though.

hey guys just thought i'd update today real quick.

today was back and bis
deadlift- fml i forgot to pack my sweats so i couldn't go that hard today. had to take it a little lighter than normal and focused on my pull ups instead.

that was all my shins could take i almost started bleeding so had to stop lol

for snack had a chicken sandwich on wheat

lunch was huge, i'm about to burst lol

salad with carrots and broccoli
some chicken wings
banana bread

+ i had my protein shake post w/o and my waximaize pre w/o
 
I have insomnia guys. can't sleep, so i'm eating lol.

This is what I'm having:

Tuna sandwich;
5oz tuna
3 slices of cheese
2 whole wheat slices of bread
mayo

whole milk;
2 cups or 480mL

greek yogurt
6oz

Calores: ~1200
Protein ~68g

This is a small meal. 1200 calories is a small meal, never really thought of that. Makes me wonder what I'm doing when I'm eating 2 chicken sandwiches + sides lol must be close to 4000. Eating is getting easy :)

Front Squats will do much more good then leg extensions will and not tear up your knees. Also you get the benefit of the compound movement of the ft squats a total winner.
Go as low as you can, keep your weight centered on your feet and your golden bro.

Ah ok so started my contest diet prep today.

Today is a pretty mild day but it's going to get rough this week with my plan.. from drinking 2 gal of water a day to drinking hardly any at all.

Today I'm cutting carbs, the only carbs I'm eating is a half cup of oats in the morning, and a meal replacement shake after posing practice. I'm thinking waximaize and protein. Also thinking about cutting out my creatine. Good idea?

had 40min of light cardio this morning

Eat lean red meat and get 1.5-2 grms of protine per Lb of body weight or you gonna be a ghost bro.

2nd day of carb depletion. it sucks lol. just mixed some flaxseed oil with greek yogurt.. it tastes horrible :\
