This is a little off topic, but I only post here - if any of you mods move this, so be it. I heard cardio is perfect first thing in the morning before you eat. After I do cardio, I like to hit the iron - but I cant do it on an empty stomach. Should I hit a MRP or something between cardio and weights? For those that workout in the AM on an empty stomach, I just want to know how you fit your workout in with food.. Thanks in advance.

I wouldnt recommend working out on an empty stomach, your energy just will not be the same as if you have a meal or two in you... IF you can manage, go to the gym and do your early morning cardio, then go home and have a good meal, then wait a little bit and hit the gym - if you've got the time... Hitting cardio and then trying to have a good, intesnse workout, using good poundages just doesn't seem realistic...

I work from 12-8PM every day so I work out with weights in the morning. I generally eat a flax oil, egg white, whey protein shake before lifting an hour later.

In the evenings I do cardio. I know the rule is to do cardio in the morning, but I have found that I am much stronger in the mornings and the evening cardio works just as well.
