Babe, you don't know the whole situation with this guy. I've spoken to him privately, and if I remember correctly, his girl was fucking a new man 3 days after they broke up. I don't care about 2 sides to the story if that's true, that bitch needs to go.

If it's similiar to dopamine/epinepherine, I would try taking some ephedrine to let yourself come off slowly. Sounds strange huh? It helped me out...I've got to go do some stuff now, talk about this more tomorrow.

you reading this oak? why don't you try ephedrine/pseudoephedrine. i seems to work for us. give your experiences. we may be onto something.

ephedrine is not legal in canada,i just think i gotta keep busier and ill eventually forget her,its even worse that i work with her so i have to see her

Oak, Ephedra is where ephedrine comes from. ephedrine is legal but not as a diet drug. Like being able to buy plain aspirin, but not Tylenol as a headache remedy. I was just told GNC carries it as a "supplement". Do your research. Overuse is linked to some deaths.

HighIntensity, from the card and email it sounds like she's knows you still have concern and feelings for her, and is using it to maintain a link and control over you. Spend a minute to consider how fucked up that is, using the good in you as evil against you.

We've all been there so don't feel special , and you guys are at least as tough as anyone else, right? so you'll get past it too. Don't ignore the hurt, but it will end. and do NOT be the friggin backup or a sob sister, you'll lose your own self respect. If she expects YOU of all people to help her through this "difficult time" let her know your hands are full dealing with your own shit.
