If you shave your head with a mach 3, does your scalp and forehead automatically get more oilier ?

My dad is shaving his dome and he said that his face and scalp are much oilier then before... he washes his face the night before, when he gets up his head and forehead are very oily.

anyway to combat this problem ? does the head shaving contribute to this problem ? I would only assume so because the hair normally absorbs most of the oil from your scalp... now he has no hair and BAM !!! oil city

not that I notice....mine tends to be kinda dry, I use Headblade head lube on it.

they have a matt finish head lube, I use the shiney one. maybe the matt finish would help with that.

I use a mach 3, its more what you eat if your head gets oily.
