Any suggetions for a good recovery, from supp. to aas that will help get back to near normal. I'm about 3 months post op doing the pt and getting in some legs, abs, cardio, but very little upper body work. What I can do has to be real light and still I can't get full contraction on things like machine press for chest. When I get near the end of the movement the pain is unbearable. Any suggestions of exercises that might remedy this problem would be greatly appreciated.
