yea, it triggers a nice dump, and will tear muscle down like nothin if you arent using aas along with it, or if your not using aas eat as soon as poss after ingestion

I wasn't trying to be rude hayez, just to the op, he keeps posting similar threads and doesn't seem to be listening to the advice from many of the vets on ef. Heck I've tried to offer advice it his others threads and it was passed over.

Op, t3 is a tool, solid diet has given me better results and I also don't sweat like a fucking pig all day lol. Similar to hayez not sure why I'm still running either, guess to buffer all the yummy Mexican food i've been grubbing on lately :)

i wasnt being rude either sorry if came off liek that;...just saying these threads every day are the same over and over again..they get so repetitive its like nothign new has happened in years...(besides the pct fights hahahahah) if people actually searched the forum would just sit here at a standstill! lol

I personally like t3, as I am borderline hypothyroid. It helps me. I don't think you need it unless you are hypothyroid or borderline.
 
i am very interested in lisening. I was actually wondering what my macros should be when on t3 i know you should have a higher protein level but carbs and fat?

Weight = 162lbs
Height = 6ft
BF= 14 percent
 
if you where indead interested in listening you would not be useing t3. everyone has alreay told you you lack muscle mass and already are too skinny. if you where not so persistant I would think this was a joke.

still havnt seen a detailed diet from you bodynd... or pics...
 
I have a couple important questions. After my cycle how long should i wait untill i start up agian. Also when im off the cytomel for that time period will iodine help my thyroid.
