Shakes w cycles

protein shakes suck ass....i use a whole bucket and gain NOTHING....NOTHINNG i like pissed it all out cuz my body didnt want it...you gotta eat real foods

I make shakes with almost a 1000 cals.
10oz whole milk
3eggs
1 scoop protein
6tbsp ANPB

There you go almost 1000 cals. I usually drink 1 or 2 a day when bulking.
