I NEED A GOOD SHAKER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't ever find a good one.

1)It needs to have a wide neck (so that I can put scoops of powder in it).

2) It needs to have measurements in ml. on the side of it (trasparent and at least 1 liter full).

3) IT MUST NOT LEAK!

Anyone know where I can get such a godly gift?

I just received a shipment of ISS Pro M3 in the mail, but along with the protein came the best shaker cup I've ever used. Along with meaurements (oz, ml, & ccm) it has a grid'filter near the opening to help grade and brakdown the chunking of MRP's. It also has a spout and removable top... wish I knew how I could buy these seperately from ISS.

Stay away from the Met-Rx electric mixers, mine broke after the 2nd along with everyone else who bought one.

lol. we got those free at my GNC also. i was just thinking to post about them since they got the ML on them unlike many others. i was pissed the other day since i wanted ounces and the fucker had ML's on it. boy was i hot. they are pretty nice, but i stick with my trusty HDT shaker.....has ounce measuerments.....a screw on top....and a pop top. everything you could want. i can do without the grate deal to be honest. and i have no use for ml measurements.

I bought a ~30 oz plastic shaker from the grocery store (with your standard, snap-in lid and snap-on cap); normally used to mix drinks (has a bunch of handy mixed drink recipes stamped on the sides); the extra room in it is really great to mix the protein thoroughly. You might be able to find something at your grocery store or target or something...

The ones that AST Sports Science makes are the best ones I have used. I did not like the ISS ones because two of them had caps that don't fit on tight and stuff leaked when I shook them... not cool. I've tried the ones that Dave's power store sells and they suck (they have exploded on me before) The cap blew off and I was covered in protein goo.

Overall, the best I've seen is the AST Ultimate Shaker. They are built similar to the ISS ones but only better. The cap is actually a bitch to get off sometimes, but that is a good thing. I swore they stole tupperware's patented lid technology. (Seriously, Tupperware's lids are based off of a paint can lid and is patented). You learn something new everyday I guess.
