I need some ideas on my protein shake/drink situation. As of now i take a 9:30am shake (muscle milk), a post workout shake (mega whey xtreme), and a shake before bed (muscle milk).


Where i need some guidance. i can't do the muscle milk anymore. i absolutely love the taste but it is KILLING ME. it gives me deadly gas, bloats me up like balloon, and recently giving me the squirts. I would like to X both of my shakes and start over. Does anybody have any advice on what to pick up. I've been trying to research the whey and caesin(sp?) deal but would like some brand names to try out. something that would possibly be more gentle on my weak stomach. Thanks in advance.

BTW: my stats and goals:

i'm 25yrs old
175lbs
5' 11"
very athletic and play a lot of bball, golf, softball. my goals are to eventually get up to 190 or so lbs and be lean. i don't want to do a strickly bulk cycyle, but want to build nice lean mass. I have been in and out of the weight room for 5-6 years. i am about to start a derm/phyto-test cycle in the next couple days.
 
Try getting rid of one of them shakes and replacing it with real food. Unless you are at a pro level I don't think any one needs 3 shakes a day. 6 meals and no more then 2 of them from shakes.
 
Yeah try to get some nutrients from real food, fruits are good and get on a multi if your not already. To much Whey will give the runs just how it is with a primarly high liquid diet.
